Scholarships, Mentors & Hope
Take Stock in Children is a state-wide mentoring program with a local chapter right here in Clay County. The program works with deserving low-income students, providing them with college scholarships, mentors, and hope for the future.
The Northeast Florida Highland Games is a strong supporter of Take Stock in Children. The Games committee sponsored a 2-year tuition scholarship in 2007, and offers Take Stock students and their mentors the opportunity to experience Scottish culture at the Games.
Take Stock in Children is always looking for volunteer mentors to work with our students.
