Volunteers- Groups & Individuals give their time and smiles to making Games attendees feel welcome. Volunteer hours are given to high school students & service club groups who serve. Volunteers are needed in all areas: tent set up & take down, gate attendance, ticket booths, children’s areas, petting zoo, trash patrol, refreshments, runners, programs, restroom monitors, parking & traffic, clean-up, etc.

Set-Up crew works on Thursday & Friday prior to the Games setting up tents, tables, chairs, animal pens, children’s area, etc. The crew usually arrives around 7am and works until the job is completed each day, although crew members can drop by as their schedules permit. Light & heavy duty work is available and these days are laughter filled and build camaraderie for those who can contribute in this much needed area.

Games Day Volunteers sign-up for 3 hour shifts, either morning or afternoon and are assigned an area to work. Volunteers can enjoy the games either before or after their shift. It’s a great way to immerse yourself in the pageantry & excitement of athletics, music, & dance.

Clean-Up Crew meets around 8am on Sunday after the Games taking down tents, cleaning restrooms, picking up trash, and storing equipment. Many hands make light work. Joining in on cleaning up is a great way to meet committee members and build lasting friendships.
